Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Your comfort, hygiene, and shopping experience are our top priorities.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Not washed, altered, damaged, or showing any signs of use

For hygiene reasons, worn lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

✅ Wrong item received
✅ Wrong size sent by mistake
✅ Product received damaged or defective
✅ Manufacturing issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Items that have been worn or washed
❌ Items without original packaging or tags
❌ Clearance/sale items
❌ Products damaged due to customer handling
❌ Items returned after the return period

4. Size Exchange

We understand choosing the right size can be difficult. Size exchanges are available only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The requested size is available in stock
  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong item or defective product was delivered.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method or store credit (depending on payment method)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
